For the past 15 years, I’ve trained like an athlete and helped others do the same by focusing on performance, consistency, and confidence over perfection. My approach blends a team-oriented, uplifting energy with a deep understanding of how movement supports both physical and mental well-being.
As one of the smallest athletes to ever compete at the Division 1 level in volleyball, I had to train with a level of discipline and intensity that matched and often exceeded my competition. Being undersized wasn’t a disadvantage; it became my motivation. That mindset continues to shape the way I train and coach today.
